Institute of Actuaries in India (IAI) shall be conducing the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET) on June 23rd, 2018.  ACET is required for a student to apply for membership to IAI, which is the starting path to becoming an actuary.

An actuary is a business professional who analyzes the financial consequences of risk. Actuaries use mathematics, statistics and financial theory to study uncertain future events, especially those of concern to insurance and pension programs. 

ACET is conducted twice an year by IAI.  This is the 15th ACET being conducted by the institute. Candidate should have written or passed his/her Class XII to be eligible for writing ACET.
